Dr. Kamal Hamoud


Dr. Kamal Hamoud (MD, FRCS (Eng), Mch (Orth)) is a graduate of the Medical School of the Technion in Haifa. He is an orthopedic and spine surgeon. He completed a two-year fellowship in orthopedic and spine surgery in England, and gained a degree of Master in Orthopedic Surgery (Mch(Orth)) from the Royal University of Liverpool in 1993. In addition, he is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS-Eng).

Dr. Hamoud is acting as the Head of Spine service in the Baruch Padeh Medical Center in Poriya for several years, as well as a senior spine surgeon in the Spine Unit in the Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa. He is a clinical lecturer in the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine, Bar-Ilan University in Zefat, and a senior lecturer in the Department of Physical Therapy in Zefat Academic College.

He published many scientific articles in leading professional journals, such as Spine, Injury, European Spine Journal, BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders and more.
