עו"ד אילנה ירושלמי (LL.B., M.P.A) היא פרקליטת מחוז הצפון (פלילי) ומרצה מן החוץ בבית הספר למשפטים במכללת צפת. עו"ד ירושלמי היא בוגרת הפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטה העברית ובעלת תואר שני במנהל ומדיניות ציבורית, במסלול לימודי ביקורת פנימית וציבורית, מאוניברסיטת חיפה - אותו סיימה בהצטיינות.

בשנים 1992-1994 התמחתה עו"ד ירושלמי בפרקליטות המדינה והחל משנת 1994 משמשת בתפקידים שונים כפרקליטה ומנהלת בפרקליטות מחוז הצפון. במהלך השנים ניהלה עו"ד ירושלמי תיקים פליליים רבים בעבירות חמורות, לרבות רצח, אינוס ושחיתות שלטונית. נוסף לאלה, השתתפה עו"ד ירושלמי בפורומים מקצועיים ארציים, שימשה כיו"ר ועדת האתיקה של המרכז הרפואי "העמק" ומשמשת  עד היום כמרצה בנושאים שונים, בפני קהלים מגוונים.

בשנת 2020 סיימה עו"ד ירושלמי לימודי תכנית מנהיגות באוניברסיטת הרווארד, במסגרת תכנית "וקסנר", ונוסף לכך היא בעלת הסמכה כמגשרת. בשנת 2019 נבחרה עו"ד ירושלמי לפרקליטת מחוז הצפון, תפקיד בו משמשת עד היום.

עו"ד ירושלמי מתגוררת עם משפחתה בגליל, פעילה בקהילה ועוסקת בהתנדבות.

Adv. Ilana Yerushalmi

Ms. Ilana Yerushalmi is the Chief District Attorney of the Northern District in Israel. She received her LL.B.  from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and her M.P.A - in Administration and Public Policy - from Haifa University, summa cum laude. In 2020, Ms. Yerushalmi was a participant in the Wexner Foundation Senior Leadership Program at Harvard University. She is a lecturer in Zefat Academic Law College, and is a certified mediator.

In 1992–1994 Ms. Yerushalmi was an intern in the State District Attorney's office. Since 1994 she has served diverse functions in the Northern District Attorney's office, and was lead council in many criminal cases of homicide, rape, public corruption and more. In 2019 she was chosen Chief District Attorney of the Northern District, a position which she holds to date.

She has served as chairwoman of the Ethics Department of the Emek Medical Center, and has taken part in numerous professional national forums; she lectures to diverse audiences, as well.

Ms. Yerushalmi is an active member of her community in the Galil, where she lives with her family.
