פרופ' נלי מונין, עו"ד (LLB, LLM, LLD) נמנית על חברי הסגל המייסד של בית-הספר למשפטים במכללה האקדמית צפת. בנוסף, היא מועסקת כמרצה מן החוץ בחוג ליחסים בינלאומיים באוניברסיטה העברית ובבית הספר למשפטים במרכז הבינתחומי בהרצליה. פרופ' מונין מתמחה במשפט האיחוד האירופי, בדיני מסים ובמשפט הסחר הבינלאומי, תחומים בהם פרסמה עשרות מאמרים ו 5 ספרים. עבודת הדוקטורט שלה שהוגשה לאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים עוסקת בהסכם הסחר בשירותים GATS של ארגון הסחר העולמי WTO. פרופ' מונין היא הישראלית היחידה שהתמחתה במחלקה המשפטית בארגון הסחר העולמי בג'נבה שוויץ. פרופ' מונין מרצה בתחומי התמחותה במוסדות אקדמיים ובפורומים מקצועיים בארץ ובעולם ובשנת 2012 הוכתרה ע"י המכללה האקדמית צפת כמרצה מצטיינת. היא מקפידה לשלב בהוראתה שיטות דידקטיות מתקדמות והיא חוקרת את השפעת יישומן בכיתות רב-תרבותיות. פרופ' מונין  היא בוגרת לימודים שלאחר תואר באמנות התיאטרון מאוניברסיטת תל אביב ובשנים האחרונות היא חוקרת את הקשר בין ספרות ותיאטרון לעולם המשפט, בעיקר בהיבט הדידקטי. פרופ' מונין זכתה בפרסים על עבודתה המחקרית וקיבלה מענקי מחקר והוראה מקרנות בישראל ובחו"ל. בשנים האחרונות לימדה כפרופ' אורחת באוניברסיטאות בצ'כיה, בלטביה ובאיטליה. בעבר כיהנה פרופ' מונין כיועצת המשפטית (בפועל) של מינהל הכנסות המדינה במשרד האוצר וכציר הכלכלי של ישראל למוסדות האיחוד האירופי בבריסל, בלגיה. מידע נוסף ראו באתר האינטרנט:  www.nelmun.com

Prof. Nellie Munin

Prof. Nellie Munin, Adv. (LLB, LLM, LLD) is a member of the founding team of the Law School at Zefat Academic College. In addition, she is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and in the School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. Prof. Munin's fields of academic interest are EU law, tax law and international trade law. She published five books and many articles in these fields. Her PhD dissertation (submitted to the Hebrew University, Jerusalem) focuses on the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS). She was an intern at the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO. Prof. Munin lectures in academic and professional forums in Israel and abroad and in 2012 was recognized by Zefat Academic College as an outstanding lecturer. She teaches in advanced didactic methods, researching their particular effect in multi-cultural classes. She holds a BA in Theater Studies from Tel Aviv University and in recent years explores the links between law, literature and theater, particularly in terms of didactics. Prof. Munin won prizes for her academic contribution and received teaching and research grants from domestic and international funds. In recent years she taught as visiting prof. in Czechia, Latvia and Italy. Previously, Prof. Munin served as chief legal advisor of the state revenue administration in the Israeli Ministry of Finance and as Minister of Economic Affairs in the Israeli Mission to the European Union.
