פרופ' איריס קנאור הינה חברת סגל בבית-הספר למשפטים במכללה האקדמית צפת וחוקרת אורחת בכירה במכון מקס פלנק למשפט ציבורי השוואתי וkמשפט בינלאומי פומבי בהיידלברג )גרמניה(. בנוסף, היא חברת סגל בבית-הספר למשפטים של המכללה למנהל. במקביל היא מרצה בבתי ספר למשפטים באוניברסיטת תל-אביב ובאוניברסיטת בר-אילן. כמו-כן היא מלמדת במכון למשפט איחוד אירופה באוניברסיטת סאברוקן (גרמניה).היא שימשה כמרצה וכחוקרת אורחת במקומות שונים ברחבי אירופה ובארצות-הברית. תחומי המחקר שלה הם משפט האיחוד האירופי, דיני זכויות האדם, משפט בינלאומי פומבי ומשפט בינלאומי פרטי. היא מתעניינת בעיקר בשאלות מוסדיות בהסדרים אזוריים חוצי גבולות, בשאלת היחס בין המשפט הבינלאומי הפומבי והפרטי ובתחום המשפט ההשוואתי.

Prof. Iris Canor 

Prof. Iris Canor is a member of the School of Law at Zefat Academic College and at the Striks School of Law at the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel. She also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the Law Faculty of Universität des Saarlandes, Europa-Institut (LL.M. Programme) and at the Law Faculties of the Tel-Aviv University and Bar Ilan University (Israel). She is a senior research affiliate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. Additionally, she taught at Tulane Law School; European Legal Studies, (Paris, France) and the Center of Transnational Legal Studies, (London, England). Moreover, she held visiting positions at the MPIL Heidelberg; European University Institute (Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowship, Italy); New-York University, School of Law, Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice (Emile Noel Fellowship, United States); and at the Center of European Studies, Columbia University (United States). Her main fields of research are European Law; Human Rights Law; Public International Law and Private International Law with a special emphasis on the interplay between Public International Law and Private International Law; and Comparative Law.
