ד"ר שלמה מיכאל ארדמן (LL.B., LL.M, Ph.D) הוא שופט בית משפט השלום בקריות.
עיקר תחומי התעניינותו ופעילותו של השופט ארדמן הינם בתחומי המשפט האזרחי והחוקתי.
השופט ארדמן הוא בוגר הפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטת בר אילן משנת 1994, שם סיים גם את התואר השני במשפטים בשנת 1999 וכתב את עבודת התיזה "נאמנות קונסטרוקטיבית" בהנחייתו של פרופ' יהושע וייסמן. בשנת 2013 קיבל מאוניברסיטת בר אילן את התואר דוקטור לאחר שסיים את עבודת הדוקטורט "הזכות לתבוע פיצויים או השבה מהמדינה – היבטים חוקתיים".
השופט ארדמן פרסם שני ספרים בתחום המשפט, האחד "נאמנות מכוח הדין" בשנת 2000 והשני "הזכות החוקתית לתבוע מהמדינה פיצויים או השבה" בשנת 2019. בתקופה הקרובה אמור להתפרסם מאמר מפרי עטו בנושא שאלת דוקטרינת התיקון החוקתי הלא חוקתי בספר לכבודו של שופט בית המשפט העליון בדימ' אליעזר ריבלין.
השופט ארדמן התמחה בין השנים 1994-1995 בבית המשפט המחוזי בחיפה ובמשרד עורכי דין בתחום האזרחי ולאחר מכן שימש כעורך דין פעיל בתחום הליטיגציה האזרחית במשך למעלה מ- 20 שנה הן במשרדי עורכי דין פרטיים, לרבות בתפקיד של מנהל מחלקת ליטיגציה אזרחית במשרדו של שר האוצר והמשפטים לשעבר משה נסים והן בפרקליטות מחוז צפון עד מינויו כשופט בשנת 2016. במסגרת זו הופיע השופט ארדמן כמייצג בכל ערכאות השיפוט לרבות בית המשפט העליון.
כשופט מטפל כיום השופט ארדמן בכל תחומי המשפט האזרחי הנדונים בבית משפט השלום.
Dr. Shlomo Michael Erdman, Judge
Dr. Shlomo Michael Erdman (LL.B., LL.M, Ph.D.) is a judge of the Krayot Magistrate's Court.
Most of Judge Erdman's areas of interest and expertise are in the fields of civil and constitutional law.
Judge Erdman graduated from the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University in 1994, where he also completed his master's degree in law in 1999 and wrote the thesis "Constructive Trust" under the supervision of Prof. Joshua Weissman. In 2013, he received his Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University after completing his doctoral dissertation, "The Right to Claim Compensation or Restitution from the State – Constitutional Aspects".
Judge Erdman had published two law books, one "Constructive Trusts" in 2000 and the other "The Constitutional Right to Sue the State for Compensation or Restitution" in 2019. In the near future, an article he wrote on the question of the doctrine of unconstitutional constitutional amendment is going to be included in a book which is supposed to be published in honor of the retired supreme court Justise, Eliezer Rivlin.
Judge Erdman was a legal intern between the years 1994-1995 in the Haifa District Court and in a civil law firm and subsequently served as an active lawyer in the field of civil litigation for more than 20 years in private law firms, including in the position of director of the civil litigation department in the office of former Minister of Finance and Justice Moshe Nissim and in the Northern District Attorney's Office until his appointment as a judge in 2016. In the years he worked as an attorney, Judge Erdman appeared as a representative before all judicial instances, including the Supreme Court.
As a judge, Judge Erdman currently handles all aspects of the civil law heard in the Magistrates' Court.
