ד"ר גלית קידר (LL.B., LL.M., Ph.D.) היא עורכת דין פעילה בלשכת עורכי הדין ומרצה לאתיקה, ביו-אתיקה ואינטליגנציה רגשית במחלקה לתקשורת אנושית, בריאות ואתיקה, במרכז הבינלאומי לבריאות, משפט ואתיקה באוניברסיטת חיפה. עיקר מחקריה של ד"ר גלית קידר עוסקים במשפט הטיפולי בקשר לסכסוכי גירושין בין בני זוג ובחינת ההשלכות המיידות וארוכות הטווח של הסכסוך על בני הזוג, ילדיהם, משפחתם המורחבת והחברה בכללותה. עבודת הדוקטורט של ד"ר גלית קידר מפתחת מודל שיפוטי-טיפולי המעגן הליכים ליישוב סכסוכים בהליכי גירושין תוך בחינה השוואתית של דיני המשפחה בשלוש שיטות משפט שונות – ישראל, ארה"ב וצרפת. ד"ר גלית קידר היא בוגרת של הפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטת חיפה לתואר ראשון ותואר שני, אותם סיימה בהצטיינות. כמו כן, ד"ר גלית קידר סיימה את לימודי תואר שלישי (Ph.D.) בפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטת Alexandru Ioan Cuza ביאש, רומניה בהצטיינות יתרה. בשנים 2008-2009 התמחתה ד"ר גלית קידר בפרקליטות הפלילית במחוז צפון, תחת הנחייתה של סגנית המחוז דאז, עוה"ב שלוה לוין. ד"ר גלית קידר חברה בוועדת ההיגוי של המחלקה לביו-אתיקה התנהגותית במסגרת הקתדרה הבינלאומית לביו-אתיקה (בשיתוף פעולה עם ה-WMA - האיגוד הרפואי העולמי) וכן יועצת משפטית של ועדת העורכים - הקתדרה הבינלאומית לביו-אתיקה (שיתוף פעולה עם ה-WMA - האיגוד הרפואי העולמי) בראשות פרופ' אמנון כרמי.
Dr. Galit Keidar
Dr. Galit Keidar (LL.B., LL.M., Ph.D.) is an active attorney at the Bar Association and a lecturer in ethics, bioethics and emotional intelligence in the Department of Human Communication, Health and Ethics, at the International Center for Health, Law and Ethics at the University of Haifa. Most of Dr. Galit Keidar's research deals with therapeutic law in relation to divorce disputes between spouses and examines the immediate and long-term consequences of the conflict on the couple, their children, their extended family and society as a whole. Dr. Galit Keidar's doctoral dissertation develops a judicial-therapeutic model that anchors procedures for resolving disputes in divorce proceedings while comparatively examining family law in three different legal systems - Israel, the United States and France. Dr. Galit Keidar is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa for the bachelor's and a master's degree, which she graduated with honors. In addition, Dr. Galit Keidar graduated her Ph.D. in the Faculty of Law at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania with Outstanding excellence (Summa cum laude). In the years 2008-2009, Dr. Galit Keidar interned in the criminal prosecution in the Northern District, under the guidance of the then Deputy District Attorney, Attorney Shalva Levin. Dr. Galit Keidar is a member of the Steering Committee of the Department of Behavioral Bioethics within the International Chair in Bioethics (in collaboration with the WMA - World Medical Association) and a legal advisor to the Editorial Board - International Chair of Bioethics (Collaboration with the WMA - Medical Association) Led by Prof. Amnon Carmi.
